Description:
- Supporting global function for Global Financial Line of Business Technologies, delivering a 24*7 service for 650+ Applications. Follow the sun operation is needed to support this function and US based resources are critical to allow this to operate seamlessly.
- Partnership with global team mates to allow for successful delivery of the function is essential.
- Experience of performing Major Incident and Problem Management role
- ITIL Certification
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to appropriately convey ideas, concerns and opinions across differing levels of management
- Must be flexible and have experience working in a fast paced & high pressure environment and results driven with attention to detail
- A team player who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines without close supervision
- A disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment
- Experience working in a large enterprise IT Organization
- Payments and Treasury Cash Management knowledge advantageous
- Comfortable presenting to and interacting with leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficiency with financial systems examples include but not limited to: SharePoint, Ariba, Concur, WebEx, Tableau, ITSM
