job summary: Will be utilizing a 24 x 7 x 365 model. The team is responsible for distributed infrastructure monitoring, incident troubleshooting and resolution, server/hardware and operating system maintenance, and service/change request fulfillment. WILL BE WORKING 12/HR SHIFT - Sunday/Monday/Tuesday - with alternating Wednesday's - (Work will be WORK FROM HOME) (36hrs one week 48/hrs next week) Responsibilities: Infrastructure monitoring of multiple type events and alerts to ensure overall health of the distributed environment. Identify, analyze and resolve alerted and escalated incidents within service level agreements, include but not limited to: backup failure alerts, server availability and health alerts, AWD/FAX alerts, Patrol agent alerts, ProactiveNet alerts and SNMP agent alerts, Citrix Alerts, Certificate Alerts, O365 knowledgeFulfill service requests, including Windows/Linux server builds and decommissions, folder/file restore, move and copy, server component requests, SharePoint site request, elevated service access requests and print server requests.Serve as the escalation point for the Tier 1 help desk.Handle ongoing server maintenance, including standard, low risk infrastructure changes.Perform incident trending and analysis.Create, modify and maintain processes and break/fix procedures. Required Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience. Two or more years of related experience in a similar environment.Experience in the following areas: Windows Server, Citrix, Exchange, O365, VMWare, SAN, NAS, SharePoint, DHCP, DNS and F5 VPN.Written/verbal communication and customer service skills to interact with global customers and partners on a daily basis.Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve alerted and escalated incidents.
