Description:
Monitoring of issue queue for problems impacting export and import clearances related to the clients shipments. Monitoring Trade Operations Help email queue. Resolving 1st level operations system support issues. Assigning/Escalating Tier 2, 3 and 4 issues to Senior Analyst or Responsible Group. Updating standard procedure documents. Root Cause Corrective Actions on common repetitive issues. Project participation when applicable.
Typical Day:
Resolve various issues related to customer requests or tickets. Ensure average ticket resolution levels meet expectations. Monitor work queue and proactively work cases.

Technical Skills Required:
