Technical aptitude with experience in the following:
- Oracle/SQL/MySQL/KAKFA
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Health Care Industry experience
- ITIL Experience a plus
- Service Now or other Incident ticketing system experience a plus
- DevOps / Agile experience

responsibilities:
- Analyzes and investigates
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 plus year degree or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 3 years of QA Testing / Automated Testing (Fitnesse,Selenium, etc)
- Minimum 3 years of technical applications support and/or support industry experience
- Requirement Analysis, Data Profiling, Test Strategy, Test Planning, SQL
- Experience with at least one project automating
- Experience with End to End testing (must include test across multiple tech assets )
- Hands on Test Execution and test data preparation
- Proven ability to lead Test and UAT meetings
- Proven Ability to write and execute test cases
- Proven ability to recommend and drive change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
