Our Major Financial Client is looking for a Data Analyst Specialist.
Basic Requirements :
- At least two years of related data management/data analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometric or other quantitative disciplines
- Proficiency with UNIX and SQL.
- Excellent programming skills in at least one language. (#SAS, #Python)
- Exceptional quantitative and data analytics skills
- Experience in ETL tool & Autosys is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, great teammate and understanding of mortgage servicing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, Self-starter that takes initiative to fill in gaps where needed.

responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming data files from internal and external.
- Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.
- Develop/Maintain internal databases and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.
- Design, prototype, develop, test, and document existing/new ETLs, and related components; make recommendations for related functions that result in a more cost-effective product delivery.
- Execution of regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Analysis of data to provide actionable insights for the business
- Assisting business areas with their information needs.
