Identify the tank with the product name and lot number. Record the batch information with product name and lot number in cleaning log. Maintain mixing instructions, tempertures, and other as described in the manufactruing batch record. Filter the batch as specified in the batch record. Remove and transfer the batch when completed and pack it as noted in the batch record. Calculate the actual yield, yield % from the actual net weight and record in the batch record.  Clean and sanitize tanks, kettles, hoses, pumps and other utensils after every batch record.
