- Leads 2-4 teams to continue their Agile maturity and day-to-day development operations
- Ensure Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning's, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retros) and Backlog Refinements are held, and the team and PO understands the purpose of them Facilitate the demos, or ensure the Product Owner or someone from the team does.
- Work with the team to craft a working agreement, definition of ready, and definition of done, to continue to improve team processes and throughput of quality software.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is accurately prioritized and represents all business value.
- Coordinate dependencies between architecture, UX design, engineering, and business requirements.
- Log into applications periodically and validate progress and any integration issues/bugs, representing the voice of the user, in conjunction and independent of the Product Owner
- Resolve or escalate any impediments/blockers identified
- Challenge the team at Retros and independently to constantly identify new methods to improve. Identify tangible methods to track whether ideas are accelerating or decelerating the team velocity, and be prepared to revert or accelerate based on data.
- Constantly work to develop a group of talented individuals into a team, encourage one-team thinking, and ensure that the team is having more fun at work than they did the day before!
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of related business experience. Work experience in addition to degree: 3-5 years as a Scrum Master or in a related field as an IT Application Developer with an emphasis on front end web development.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from a four -year college or university or 7 years experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years experience with project concepts and practices.
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience. Scrum Master certification (CSM).
- Experience moving teams and organizations from waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. Interacts effectively with others at all levels of the organization; makes persuasive and informative presentations.

responsibilities:
- The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for working with multiple and or larger scale teams for Agile based processes. Incumbents work with greater independence and lead the effort to drive solutions to complete issues with multiple teams.
- This role works closely with other scrum masters, product owners, team members and management in accordance with the Agile framework.
- With minimal supervision the candidate will: Ensures the Team is fully functional and productive, shielding them from external interfaces.
- Exemplifies a servant leadership style; role models situations and behaviors for their teams to include: Removing barriers and impediments that are preventing the team from completing work.
- Captures metrics to monitor Team and project health (Burn-Down Chart, velocity, etc.); Mentoring Team members and promotes Agile thinking, ensures adherence to the process. Performs the following Agile practices and processes to ensure the integrity of the Agile framework: Facilitates estimation activities (story points, Planning Poker); Maintains the backlog and physical Scrum (task) board in partnership with the Team and Product Owner; Maintains the backlog and physical Scrum (task) board in partnership with the Team and Product Owner; Ensures artifact quality; Captures and track impediments, risks and dependencies until resolution; Updates team?s improvement backlog with commitments from the Retrospective; Completes and shares the team?s Commitment report and End of Sprint Report based on the Demo and Product Owner acceptance.
