Description:
- The contractor role will work across several active projects within the Workforce Modernization portfolio and will be asked to take the lead on a few key activities.
- You will be asked to manage multiple active requests simultaneously, requiring the ability to prioritize, multi-task and demonstrate organizational skills.
- Being self-motivated and with the ability to work independently whilst leveraging the team expertise where needed is critical in the role's success
- stakeholder management will be critical to ensure the projects remain aligned with the organizational goals, so the ability to articulate project status in a succinct way for senior leadership consumption is required.

- Drive elements of the Workforce Modernization strategic roadmap, engagement model, change strategy and continual assessment; Work to support the adoption of the Workforce Modernization operating model/framework
- Drive comprehensive and efficient workforce and organizational design strategies and approaches
- Evaluate and simplify all areas of people and processes related to gaps/opportunities; identify interdependencies and points of integration
- Create simplified and visual data stories aligned to the CTI strategy that enhances Workforce of The Future recommendations
- Drive data alignment, analysis and insights and ascertain linkages for complex data sources to drive deep insights
- Utilize tools offering repository to drive simplicity, repeatable and scalable solutions
- Work closely with team members to coordinate updates, metrics and review materials as needed to support rollout and implementation of Workforce Modernization strategy; perform quality assurance self-checks of presentations before final submission to senior management.
- Understand the linkage of programs and projects to business strategy and portfolio priorities; ensure roadmaps are translated into robust delivery milestones
Required Skills
- Experience in transforming a workforce or leading strategic workforce planning activities
- Project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills; proven experience in communicating to senior leadership. Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience developing executive and board-level presentations
- Business and technology acumen; Understanding of basic organizational structures, IT and business strategy and supporting technologies
- relationship building, influential skills; ability to foster a fun and collaborative work environment and understand problems from diverse perspectives.
