Summary:
- DMO resource - EDR Agent Compliance
- Responsible to oversee and perform software compliance reviews, issue investigation, & remediation on enterprise workstations. The candidate should be a technical professional with several years operations & troubleshooting experience for individual machines as well as the ability to analyze larger groups to identify problematic trends. They should be a self-starter that is good working with various partner teams.
- Working knowledge of Windows workstation operating systems. Advanced OS and application troubleshooting knowledge, including log analysis, is required. Experience with Microsoft SCCM & TEM / BigFix. Experience with desktop administrative troubleshooting tools. Experience with networking and Active Directory in a large corporate environment. communication skills. Ability to communicate and build relationships within and outside of the core team is essential. Some of the candidates' duties will require working off hours.
- Experience with Client environment and custom tools is a plus but not essential. Tanium software distribution (Deploy). Proficiency in other Windows batch and scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell, Batch files). Familiarity with ITIL & Agile processes.
