Our Engineering Support role is so much more than a standard Triage Support role. The challenge is to make the support side of your job obsolete -- the more support issues you can automate away or turn into self-service tools, the more time you have to hone your application development skills. In fact, internally our support team IS our "automation" team. And as our database is our platform's lifeblood, they will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in that part of things right off the bat.

responsibilities:
Deliver world-class technical support by being responsive and dependable.
· Work with Product Management and Customer Care to surface and prioritize customer issues.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve root causes of customer problems.
· Build internal tools and automated solutions to solve customer problems.
· Document known solutions for internal collaboration.
· Focus on the success of customers.
