Randstad Technologies is looking to add a Windows 10 Deployment Technician to one of our top clients in the Boston, MA area. Ideally, our client is looking for someone who is able to work with cross-functional departments to provide Windows 10 deployment support. responsibilities:
We are looking for qualified people to help with our Windows 10 deployment. You will be part of a deployment team. The qualified person will be responsible for replacing desktops and laptops in a very fast paced environment, as well as other core desktop responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Picking up bins for daily deployments
- Gather peripherals that will be needed for the deployments
- Check in with management when at destination for daily deployments
- Physical swap of CPU or laptop
- Provide education to user after swap
- Test printing
- Install third party software
- Ability to provide twice daily check ins
qualifications:
- Experience level:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Associates
