Now, we're looking for a Senior Digital Adoption Specialist to join our ranks! As we expand our innovative Advisor Technology Solutions team, this role will be essential to the success of our technology platform. You will drive awareness and adoption of client's technology platform including advisor and client facing software products. You will have the opportunity to drive digital transformation by implementing adoption initiatives on new tools and platforms. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to provide an environment for optimal learning and engagement as client's digital footprint and experience evolves.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage and measure the execution of product adoption across the advisor and client platform
- Develop an adoption strategy and roadmap with deadlines and goals to improve how advisors digitally engage through the product platform
- Leverage data usage analytics to drive strategy and content in areas such as best practices, usability and improved efficiencies
- Ensure adoption strategy aligns with corporate initiatives
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Learning & Development, HelpDesk, Release Management, Marketing and Technology teams to look for opportunities to improve software onboarding, training and communications
- Cultivate support within the organization and advocate for adoption initiatives with client's key technology partners
- Work closely with L&D and internal Communications team to build and provide training content and solutions
- Evaluate latest technology tools and processes that enable and drive adoption and improve ROI of software applications including SAAS related products such as Microsoft365
- Build and analyze metrics and monitor adoption product health and opportunities
- Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the advisor through a variety of data sources
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital adoption and transformation technology, programs and strategy
- Experience with implementing digital adoption programs with a proven track record of success

- Teaching ability and passion for helping others and solving business problems
- 3+ years experience of digital adoption role or similar responsibilities
- Project management and digital training experience
- Aptitude for learning new software platforms leveraged by our advisor and client community including proprietary tools and financial industry products
- A BS/BA degree or higher in a related field
- Familiarity with the wealth management, RIA or financial technology industry a plus
