The Customer Relationship Management/Physician Relationship Management (CRM/PRM) Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer relationship management data and programs, from strategy development and business requirements definitions, to planning and execution of programs and evaluation of performance against KPIs to optimize engagement and conversion. A key member of the digital marketing team within the Marketing and Communications Department, the CRM/PRM Manager leads the segmenting and profiling of customers and prospective customers within database, defining customer journeys and executing acquisition, nurture and retention campaigns.
Knowledge Of
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots, etc.), data manipulation and data visualization software (Tableau, QlikSense, etc.)
- Passion for CRM and customer engagement
Exceptional communication, problem solving and project management skills to effectively and efficiently drive things through to completion
- Well organized with meticulous attention to detail
- 7+ years in direct marketing, CRM, email marketing or related field
- Salesforce Health Cloud & Marketing Cloud experience preferred
- Healthcare experience desired
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or technology field

- Plans, develops and implements demand generation strategies to drive customer engagement and improve conversion
- Defines and manages data sources, data integrity, segmentation and targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements
- Develops and maintains custom reports and dashboards
- Provides ongoing analysis of CRM/PRM campaigns and marketing's ROI and impact on strategic organizational goals
- Translates data analyses and learnings and presents key customer insights effectively to team and key stakeholders
- Collaborates with key stakeholders in marketing, enterprise analytics, IT, physician relations, business development, virtual health and enterprise project management to implement and optimize CRM/PRM platform and programs
- Manages CRM/PRM vendor and data relationships
- In conjunction with vendor, develops training plans, materials and documentation for users and coordinates new user and ongoing training sessions
