Our client in St. Louis, Missouri is looking for an Application Development Manager to join their team for a permenant position. The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of application development project related experience
- 1+ years managing a team or managing projects with resources
- SQL skills
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- ERP knowledge

responsibilities:
As an IT Manager you will be responsible for managing the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities on a day-to-day basis for custom ERP applications. This position is responsible for determining time and resources needed to complete assignments and leads team members in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks and projects, as well as identifying and resolving roadblocks, raising risks and identifying solutions. This position is also responsible for people management activities including training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and conducting performance and salary reviews.
Additional responsibilities will include collaborating with other departments to understand production support requests and project requirements, identifying staffing needs, helping to oversee the implementation and deployment of team projects and new technology.
