Business Systems Analyst
Summary:
- We are looking for a candidate who is well-versed in business system analysis and design. The team member will act as a liaison between application teams, governance and audit for all required processes and documentation to address product vulnerabilities. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations.
- They will closely work with application teams to provide assistance, resolve questions and recommend action items required to stratify deliverables. They will be reporting on a daily basis Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help drive the success of projects.
- 5+ years of business systems analysis or business systems design experience
- Bachelor's degree in business information management or equivalent
- Familiarity with dataflow structure within a complex environment
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
- Analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels

- Experience with Agile project methodologies
