Job description: Client is Iooking for a configuration management engineer to help manage the flow and integrity of requirements and other product definitional data across a complex product line. This person will be responsible for maintaining the coherence of modular requirements datasets including building and maintaining global configurations of products. Assist with development of both conceptual and practical documentation on configuration management, and support the development of standardized and repeatable CM practices in the organization.
Additional activities to include applying approved infrastructure changes (modifications to IBM ELM tool user interaction through UI changes or process template modifications), assisting IT with issue debugging and resolution, and working with systems engineering organization to develop and publish job aids to assist users with their use of the tool chain.
