We are looking for a Sr. technician who has technical knowledge and great customer service.
M-F 8am-5pm, onsite and long term

- 3+ Years of Experience with a Deskside Support Environment in a 3K+ Seat Environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ Certification a Plus

responsibilities:
- Install, Configure and Troubleshoot both In-House and Third-Party Applications
- Install Configure and Troubleshoot Computer Hardware on Laptops and Desktops
- Configure and Support Mobile Devices including iPhones, iPads and other peripheral devices
- Image, Configure and Deploy Desktops and Laptops to End Users
- Escalate tickets and collaborate with Tier 3 Teams to Resolve Issues
- Decommission Virtual Machines
- Other Physical Work on site when needed (Deploy/Move Equipment etc)
- Troubleshoot Citrix/AWS/Virtual Machine Connectivity Issues
- Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues with Users Working from Home
- Setup and Configure Virtual Machines
- Contribute Knowledgebase Articles and Engage with Leadership to Update and Maintain Documentation
- Contribute to and Lead Projects
- Assist Junior Technicians

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: High School
