Randstad Engineering Solutions is looking for qualified embedded engineers with experience in signal processing to join our engineering team to develop DSP software for communication devices. These devices include mobile as well as stationary systems and are used around the world to perform one to one or networking communication using a variety of protocols.

responsibilities:
We are looking for embedded engineers with experience in digital signal processing of Radio Frequency (RF) signals to develop the decoding / encoding and signal analysis algorithms used in radio communication devices.. This software implements diverse signal management algorithms (like DFT, filters, beam forming, etc.) for critical communication devices used around the world.
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience developing and testing signal processing software in C preferable on DSP platforms.
The candidates are expected to have:
-- expertise developing complex algorithms in C.
-- experience working within DSP platforms (baremetal).
-- experience designing and implementing signal processing algorithms, like Discrete Fourier Transforms, Beam Forming or similar.
-- ability to work effectively in a team environment, good interpersonal and communication skills.
-- familiarity with Agile Software Developments and tools such as Jira is desirable.
-- familiarity with the development of large software systems is a plus.
This project uses Agile methodology with 2 week Sprints. The labs are located in Sunrise, FL, and the work can be done in a hybrid mode (need access to the labs to complete the integration).
This position will require the ability to obtain clearance, although is not required at this time.
