responsibilities:
We are seeking a systems engineer with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience . The responsibilities will include requirements management and System/Subsystem Specification Creation, perform functional architecture definition within a digital engineering model based environment, Develop System / Subsystem Design Description (SSDD), Perform requirements based testing - create verification & validation test cases and Support top level system verification and validation.

Development Processes: Structured (e.g. DO-178B like), D0-178 (A & B), Mill 882E, Dal Level A,B
Development Environment: Windows Development Environment, Linux
Other: Later in the project lite travel may be needed.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, should be comfortable asking questions an interfacing with team members and clients
Precise written skills and Verbal Skills
Leadership Skills:
Should be comfortable leading and taking ownership of a process and seeing it through to completion
Required Skills:
strong understanding of DO-178 (DAL-A) and MIL-STD-882 system safety processes
Experience with Model Based Engineering tools
Experience with Enterprise Architecture, Cameo, MagicDraw, and UML/SysML
Experience with performing requirements based testing - create verification & validation test cases
Experienced with performing a modest box-level system design through all phases of system development.
