- GMOT Process Automation Team creates automation solutions using UIPath, Alteryx, Tableau and other low-code platforms supporting multiple LOBs across the enterprise
- Work with users to elicit and document requirements
- Work with product management team to review requirements
- Write required user stories and participate in the agile grooming/refinement process
- Perform Data Analysis as needed
- 7+ Years of current BA Experience. analysis skills.
- Global Liquidity / Global Markets experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work with a very senior user group on requirements (Directors / MDs) to elicit requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting project needs and delivery on tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, operates with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Works well independently as well as in a team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- SQL / Data Analysis
- interpersonal Skills
- Jira or other similar tool
- Business Analysis with excellent written and verbal communication
- Global Liquidity / Global Markets experience
