The candidate will be responsible for creating mobile and desktop wire frames and designs, implementing business feedback, managing iterations to designs, producing prototypes according to best practices and standards, documenting requirements and completing system testing.

Position Summary:
UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating mobile and desktop wire frames and designs, implementing business feedback, managing iterations to designs, producing prototypes according to best practices and standards, documenting requirements and completing system testing.
Essential Functions -
- Create innovative solutions for all product design challenges, including mobile and desktop designs
- Lead the design for new experiences and enhancements to existing experiences
- Work with Program Manager to define strategy for the direction of future iterations
- Quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and details
- Develop high level, detailed wire frames and prototypes to effectively communicate user experience and design ideas
- Deliver high quality results on time and on budget
- Collaborate with all project team members throughout all stages of the product life cycle
- Partner with Marketing and related vendors on system designs and overall Company user experience strategy
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
- Incorporate design best practices and methodologies
- Conduct testing of completed applications to assess user experience and identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered
- Conduct system testing for internal and external applications to identify bugs for remediation
- Work with Program Manager to define and document system requirements
- Other duties as needed to help deliver a Product that is aligned with the Company vision and mission
- Proficient in design software - i.e. InVision or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions with an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Ability to work with multiple business units to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet company needs and vision
- Ability to efficiently iterate designs and solutions
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at once
- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience
- 3+ years of UX design experience
- Understanding of Agile project methodologies, including writing user stories, test cases, and completing system testing
- Financial services experience preferred or similar experience in a highly regulated environment, such as HIPAA
