Description:
- The Onboarding Operations consultant will support the design, build and daily maintenance of cohort/class rosters for new hire and development programs led by The Academy at Client.
- Consultant will actively participate in strategic development initiatives related to onboarding across multiple organizations. The consultant will be responsible for managing participant rosters utilizing Systems of Record while engaging multiple lines of business, multiple projects, and priorities at the same time.
- The consultant will build and maintain partnership across Talent Acquisition, Academy and Line of business partners to deliver a product that enables a smooth and streamlined onboarding process.
- Complex problem solving and escalation management
- Continuous focus on innovation and automation of enterprise participant tracking
- Process Design, Execution and Program Management for new to role, in-role development, mastery, and upskill programs
- Design and maintenance of program resources/tools
- Monitors and provides routine analysis on overall program health
- Acts as liaison across line of business for program tactics
- Partners across Lines of Business supported by The Academy to drive development priorities and programs
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (excel pivot tables, advanced formulas, PowerPoint presentations)
- Attention to detail - high level of security, accuracy, and efficiency
- written and verbal communications - communicate to across business lines and report findings
