Description:
- The Global Markets Front to Back Program is delivering an end to end solution for trades, data, risk and pnl across Front Office (Sales, Trading, BCO) and Enterprise Consumers including Finance, Market Risk, Operations (Trade Control, Settlements, Confirmations).
- The program is delivering across 20 horizontals under 3 main Pillars: Capture, Store and Use and in an adoption work stream for the consumer groups
- Technical Writer must prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality with limited direction from source on formatting and scope of technical documentation standards.
- Preferred functional skillsets of technical writer capabilities with the ability of business analyst.
- Required business-level communication, both verbally and in presentation skills. Candidate must have markets trading knowledge within an LOB and have familiarity of the trade lifecycle process and various functions including, risk calculations, finance treatment, Operations functions including TA, Settlements, Confirms and Collateral, in addition to experience with Compliance and Regulatory requirements. The individual needs to be comfortable working in high pressure environment with quick turn arounds.
- Manages basic scope control procedures. Develops documentation; monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. Initiates and maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders. Analyzes and reports project status.
- Monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content. Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines
