Our client is seeking a data manager for their team. The data Manager position is responsible for designing, testing, planning, implementing, protecting, operating, managing, monitoring, and maintaining our company's Data and SQL databases.

? Good understanding of data and schema standards and concepts
? Good understanding on data architecture, database design, implementation, troubleshooting
and maintenance
? Subject Matter Expertise with 10+ years in SQL
? Critical thinker, monitoring and problem-solving skills
? Required Business Processes Knowledge in Food Distribution, Supply chain, Inventory
management, ERP processes (sales order, purchase order, AP, AR, GL, Inventory,
Warehouse Management, etc.)
? Bachelor's degree in business, project administration, computer science or related field
? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word, Smartsheets, Visio, etc.)
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
? Effective written and verbal communication skills

responsibilities:
Principle Duties and Essential Functions
? Supervise HS database management
? Manager Pythian database management services
? Monitors and Manages Data base Servers, Performance of the servers, resolve any issues
? Manages all the Reporting and SQL Requests
? Manages annual Data refresh's
? Manage Data Security, standards, and permissions
? Implement Data Practices and procedures
? Manage HA Servers, AD and User Groups, AGs and keep security of the data in sysc.
? Maintain SQL server accesses and Setup DBMails and operators for failed jobs
? Maintain Indexes, Performance Tuning of Queries
? Maintain all types of Jobs: API Calls, Cron jobs, etc., SSIS packages etc. setups backup jobs,
monitor and maintain the jobs, handle, and resolve when failures occur
? Administer PBI gateway needs
? Managing all Data Projects along with Project Manager.
? Help with Data Purges, and Data refreshes, and maintain the data quality dashboard
? Monitor performance on SQL servers and handle issues when slow implement performance
dashboard
? Review on the Scripts for optimization, work with the team on data movement
? Handle documentation and visualization of the servers
