Position Summary
Enterprise Architecture & Engineering (EAE) is a growing department within the Global Technology division at client that is responsible for:
- Improving the experience for our developers, making it easier to deliver industry-leading solutions, while managing work efficiently and with the right controls
- Advancing our technology platforms through innovation
- Deliver the best digital experience for those managing the technology division
- For our teammates and customers Drive accessibility of applications
- Reducing risk and improving quality across our technology portfolio by aligning to a single enterprise architecture strategy and delivering governance that enables consistency, integration, and automation
- This role brings a 'testing mindset' to the team and is responsible for testing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes. They are a subject matter expert on testing practices ensuring the testing strategy and processes are well-defined and continuously improved for the team or teams.
- Key responsibilities of the role include establishing a test and automation strategy, creating common test frameworks, defining, and managing test processes including test data generation, defect management and reporting
- 5+ years of experience in test planning and execution
- Functional testing and database testing experience.
- Experience with test automation tool set - (mainly TOSCA, UFT and/or Selenium or exp with JAVA language)
- Agile tools (JIRA, qTest, etc.)
- SQL scripting / ETL testing skills, Web application testing experience
- Experience with Continuous Integration model
- Background in both Agile/Waterfall Methodologies
- Competency in requirement analysis, prioritize tasks, identify risks
- Experience writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans, and test design documents
- Experience with Continuous Integration model
- Familiarity and experience working with various testing levels such as unit testing, integration testing, functional, regression and end to end system testing
- Highly motivated, able to work independently
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates effectively, builds relationships, influences others
- Familiarity with ADA testing requirements.
