Randstad Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager for several enterprise projects in flight. This Technical Project Manager position specializes in the planning, management and execution of Infrastructure, data, and software development projects. The Project Manager will need to organize and drive the tactical day-to-day details of network, server, database, integration, and software releases and be able to report status summaries on a weekly and monthly basis to audiences that are technical and functional/non-technical. This position is responsible for all aspects of Project Management, per PMI standards: Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communications, Issue, Risk, Contract and Change Management.

responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple medium to large/complex projects at a time.
- Understands the scope, objectives, and project's acceptance criteria to effectively manage them.
- Works independently and receives minimal guidance; he/she is empowered to solve complex problems and lead the project to achieve its objectives.
- Manages the resources assigned to the project, and organizes a detailed work breakdown structure. Tracks and holds project team members (including Vendors) accountable for services, performance, and deliverables. Communicates to PMO Director, Resource Managers, and/or Directors of Technology Services, if escalations are necessary.
- Professionally approaches and effectively addresses situations in which conflict is present.
- Consistently demonstrates quality and effective organization.
- Observes, and is attentive to details. Takes initiative to manage risks and team inner-, inter-dependencies.
- Works with a sense of urgency.
- Continuously evaluates variances, between baseline and the current plan, to mitigate or avoid overruns >2 weeks duration or >10% of budget. Uses Earned Value concepts, to evaluate performance to plan.
- Communicates often, and adapts communications according to the audience.
