responsibilities:
Lead System engineers who are responsible for managing the infrastructure, deployment, vulnerability management,
CI/CD of applications on Azure and On-prem Kubernetes clusters.
? Responsible for talent development, including active coaching to support team member's technical and functional skills and
career growth.
? Solid understanding and hands on experience on Azure
? Develops and maintains a technology roadmap that supports automation testing and DevOps (build & deployments) to ensure
delivery of business value.
? Manages relationships with business partners and external vendors.
? Collaborating with Solution, Application, and Data Architects to understand and enable our rapidly evolving development
infrastructure; working with our Product Managers defining infrastructure requirements, SLAs and support requirements for their
respective apps/business platforms.
? Provide advice and documentation on best practices throughout the full software development lifecycle.
? Develops project resourcing strategies, allocating budget, staff (on-site, offshore & vendor), tools and specialized support
necessary for cost-effective implementation and successful customer rollout.
? Ensures that application systems are developed in a way that complies with security and architectural standards and
established methodologies.
? Responsible for establishing the technical vision, direction, and approach for our retail solutions.
? Collaborate with Tech Leads and developers (both onshore/offshore) to turn the vision into reality with an on-time and quality
delivery.
? Drive continuous improvement of operational pipeline and overall software release process.
? Experience in incident response and root cause analysis service disruptions.
