Title: Genesys Architect
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 month w2 contract with potential to extend

responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the current environment model and present recommendations for improvements
- Transform the business requirements to technical stories for the developers to execute on
- Ownership of the Contact Center platform and be the front end for all business communications
- Market analysis of new capabilities and provide recommendations for new implementations (including vendor selections)
- Must have good communications and interpersonal skills to present architecture/integration with senior leaders and business
- Ability to support and guide developers and operational resources
- Support and manage multiple channels to include
- Voice
- Workitems
- IVR
- Support below items as related to Genesys
- Routing (voice and Digital)
- Call recording (preferably Genesys)
- Reporting (Real time and historical)
- Workforce management
- GVP - IVR platform
- Provide infrastructure management
- Application maintenance
- Upgrades
- Windows/Linux patching
- Testing/monitoring/validation
- Utilize automation tools such as Cyara
- Monitor and alert for system related issues
- Support alerts without any guidance
