Randstad is partnering with an education company that is looking to hire a remote contract technical support professional. This role is responsible for internal case and lead management through their CRM system, Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have 1-3 years of exposure to Salesforce.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

-Manage non-customer facing technical support cases will be updated and closed
-Customer facing cases will be moved to the appropriate queue
-Assist with assigning sales leads
-Work with internal teams to ensure all cases are addressed
-Assist with internal platform migration tasks
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
