Job Description:
- Global Email/Teams Engineering is looking for an Application developer that can assist the team with line of business and productivity application remediation in preparation for the Financial migration to Exchange 2019 and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.
- The candidate should be a self-motivated and organized individual with a interest in application development and code review as well as have interest in business application workflows and tools.
- The candidate must work well with others within a team environment and be able to follow through on actions and tasks needed for full application remediation. The candidate will be working within an agile environment to help provide technical support to various email program managers and business analysts.
- 2+ years working knowledge of Exchange Web Services (EWS)
- Knowledge of language profiles - Python and Java
- Understanding of Visual Studio/VS code
- Understanding of version control concepts
- Knowledge of basic use of productivity tools, i.e., Office, Word, Excel
- Communication skills, able to interface with Line of Business application teams
- Ability to perform application code reviews
- Must provide code samples for internal team review
- Knowledge of C# and .NET
- Working knowledge of Powershell version 5 or above
- Knowledge of basic project management, i.e., understanding timelines and resources concepts
- Understanding of Graph API
- Knowledge of Mulesoft
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Understanding of basic flowcharting tools, i.e. Visio
- Understanding of Eclipse Integrated Solutions Environment
- Basic understanding of Exchange 2019 and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online
- Basic understanding of email concepts, i.e., routing and protocols
