Position Summary:
- Assist the migration vendor with mediating & resolving LOB scheduling escalations Ensure the vendor has adequate reporting to address: the schedule, issues tracking, project progress Attend regularly scheduled Pre-planning and post migration conference calls
- General functions: 5 or more years' experience in project management, with a focus on deployment/release management
- Communication: excellent written & verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with senior leaders & Team Mates across various lines of business
- Leadership: proficient in scheduling meetings to bring technical SMEs and LOB reps together to discuss scheduling or deployment concerns, as needed
- Vendor oversight during deployment: comfortable with working alongside of a vendor and ensuring that they execute the contract/SOW per the plan
- Tools: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SP) and creating/presenting Executive-friendly documents
- Risk ID: Proficient in identifying deployment risks and escalating when appropriate
