Randstad Technologies is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to be a member of a scrum team that focuses on shipping quality, valuable software that meets requirements as efficiently and quickly as possible. As such, the QA Engineer is responsible for understanding the customer problem and the intended solution and translating that behavior into test cases. They are responsible for writing, maintaining and updating test cases, leveraging automation whenever possible while ensuring the team incorporates automation into the technology roadmap to improve testing efficiency. During development, the QA Engineer's role is to proactively address potential bugs or negative tests that might not be considered and provide immediate feedback to the developers to ensure the product works as intended while limiting re-work. The QA Engineer also is involved in continuous improvement through self-education of testing and industry best practices as well as through team retrospectives and innovation sprints and contributes to the improvement of ongoing quality control.

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour.
