As a Principal DevOps Engineer on the operations team, you will be a site reliability thought leader who be leading a group of DevOps Engineers as they operate Hanwha Techwin's cloud services so they run securely at scale on a worldwide basis. You will ensure that our cloud services remain fast and stable for Hanwha's customers with hundreds of thousands of active surveillance devices while supporting the worldwide operations of our cloud-based video security solutions.

You will be part of an engineering organization that will entrust you to operate and maintain Hanwha Techwin's cloud with lots of autonomy, while receiving guidance and feedback to help you grow. You will need advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, scripting skills, and software engineering disciplines. Every day will bring new intellectual challenges that will require equal parts cloud operations and softwaredevelopment approached with the rigor of an engineering mindset. You will also function as the technical leader for our devops team giving you the opportunity to multiply your impact while mentoring your fellow devops colleagues so they may continue to improve their abilities. Your goal will be to continuously increase the reliability of Hanwha Techwin's cloud at scale while deploying and supporting infrastructure across multiple cloud providers in multiple regions worldwide. You'll be working with your colleagues to help define our SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets for our mission critical video
surveillance as a service platform while at the same time helping to coordinate software releases and reliability exercises such as load tests and cybersecurity threat assessments. And you will be expected to collaboratively experiment, prototype, take risks, and document your work while helping to continuously ,improve the availability and performance of Hanwha Techwin's cloud offerings.
