    We are seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to work in the development and execution of technical and creative packaging innovation. This position is with our client, a global leader in healthcare and pharmaceutical research. Qualifications: Education: Packaging Engineering (or related field) Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent.) with min. 8 years experience, Master’s Degree (or equivalent.) with 4 min. years’ experience. Experience: A proven track record in managing ‘holistic’ packaging development, including the creation, development, and delivery of ownable structural and functional consumer impactful packaging innovations, resulting in notable commercial impact. Consumer healthcare experience preferred. Competencies: Dealing with ambiguity, Business Acumen, Innovation management, Organizational agility, Perspective, Problem solving, Drive for results. Assume end-to-end (idea to 6m post launch) remit for pipeline innovations and design renovations, accountabilities including: Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary packaging Delivery to project success factors (above) + on time and at target quality Protect innovation and defend vs competition with meaningful IP Effective technical transfer to the Factory / CMO team upon stable production Partner with the category innovation leads (GCBU, R&D) and all cross functional team members to ensure holistic approach and understanding of project needs and adherence to requirements. Provide packaging subject matter expertise to Formulation Development, GMP Operations and Clinical Supply needs as well as Technical Registration documentation requirements.
