The Assistant Controller and Controller are great managers and want to see their team grow professionally.   location: Glen Mills, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 4 Years   responsibilities: Responsible for general ledger, including standardizing, and reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Oversee fixed asset processing and reporting.Provide guidance and management over AR collection and application (i.e managing the open AR report to limit aged items)Support the close process within the designated time frame while taking ownership of the assigned tasks related to the month-end financial closeUpdate monthly account reconciliations in support of ending asset and liability balances and research and resolve reconciling items.Tracks and analyzes key financial metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements.
