  • have 3-5 years of professional B2B sales experience
  • staffing experience a plus
  • thrive in an environment that requires you to  juggle multiple priorities
  • want to work closely with a partner/team as well as enjoy being an individual contributor to the business
  • have a well-tuned sense of urgency
  • skillfully use analytics and relationships to drive results
 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • B2B sales in the manufacturing/logistics/warehouse space 
  • Prospecting new leads and closing business
  • Recruit candidates to fill temp, temp to perm, contract and/or permanent placement openings
  • Build and manage strong client relationships
  • Document everything
  • Have fun doing something important
