Staffing Manager is a paramount role to the growth of the team. The Staffing Manager works along side 1 or 2 Business Development Managers with the purpose of identifying talent to fill job order request from our clients. The Staffing Manager opportunity also has an joint account management responsibility along with the BDM to continue to grow our footprint within current clients.
Day to day activities:
- Conducting 10+ video or in-person interviews per week
- Job order intake calls
- Matching job orders to talent
- Overcoming objections with clients and candidates
Required skills and experience:
- 2 + years of recruiting experience where the candidate was responsible for meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPI's.
- Demonstrated experience with overcoming objections.
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to work hard toward goals with an No Excuse attitude.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Positions
- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
