VP, Marketing Analytics and Insights

The Vice President, Marketing Analytics and Insights (VP) is an organized, strategic thinker who uses data and analysis to drive strong business impact informing data-driven strategies, underpinning brand-centric, client-targeted and talent-focused initiatives and plans for Randstad USA. 

The VP is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong in-house insights and analytics capability to support senior executive review and decision making, inform and educate marketing and sales teams and the broader Randstad organization through highly collaborative work across the organization. 

The VP serves as an adviser with marketing and cross-functional business partners on marketing and product and program performance. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, business units, IT and other data groups and external partners. This leader evaluates new methods/partnerships and stays on top of the game via partnering with best-in-class suppliers and global stakeholders.

The VP is responsible for establishing and developing a team of insights and analytics experts, developing and leading a team (in house or offshore) generating meaningful and actionable insights recommendations to improve Randstad's relevance and revenue performance. 

Insights and analytics efforts led include, but not limited to Brand and Consumer Research, Marketing and Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Digital Optimization Testing, Customer Journey, Macro Trends and Competitive Insights, and Marketing Operations analytics.

This leader is also the driver of the data strategy and evolution of marketing and consumer analytics capability at Randstad, and an integral part of establishing future data sources and technological capabilities within analytics, partnering closely with IT teams. 

Experience:
-Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent and Masters preferred.
-Min 12 years experience in a leadership role in Business/Data Analytics within a Marketing capacity.
-Executive Leadership collaboration while leading a team of data/metrics experts.
- Working proficiency and/or understanding of the following tools is desired: Google Analytics, Big Query, Data Studio, Apache Kafka, Pentaho, Qualtrics.
