Technical Recruiter

Our Technical Recruiters are the backbone of our company because without them, we do not succeed. Technical Recruiters are responsible for full-cycle recruiting including identifying and building a pipeline of qualified candidates that fit our client's needs through sourcing, screening, and interviewing. They then select the best candidates for the role to present to our clients. We take the time to build relationships with clients and candidates so we can truly understand what their goals are and how we can help them succeed. Our people drive our business, connecting talented IT professionals with organizations where they can produce results.

What you get to do:

  • Work 100% remotely
  • Identify and interview potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings
  • Analyze candidate resumes and profiles through LinkedIn and other outlets to determine matches between candidates and job openings
  • Establish relationships with Randstad's Account Managers and collaborate to supply them with candidates
  • Work in fast paced environment with multiple openings at a time
  • Increase the number of qualified applicants in database for future requisitions
  • Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions
  • Opportunity to earn uncapped commission by meeting or exceeding weekly performance goals and expectations
 

What you need to bring:

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Career progression in retail sales or hospitality industry
  • Resilience and determination to identify the right candidates
  • Solutions oriented to be able to identify objections and create solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
