CTM Associate

Job Summary

Assemble laboratory test kits for use by investigators to collect data on clinical trials participants. Assemble Ancillary Materials in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the clinical project team
  • May act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation
  • Perform administrative tasks to support team members with clinical trial execution as needed.
  • School diploma/certificate or educational equivalent; or equivalent combination of education, Assembly of ancillary material, including infectious shippers in compliance with the IATA dangerous goods regulations.
  • Assist CTM Supervisor to ensure that kit building supplies inventories are sufficient to meet study start-up deadlines and re-supply requirements.
  • Complete final packaging of visit-specific kit and ancillary supplies for shipping to Investigators.
  • Collect investigator instruction manuals and flowcharts for inclusion in shipments.
  • Package completed test kits, required documentation and required ancillary materials such as return shipping materials and bulk supplies for shipment to investigators. Prepare packages for shipping.
  • Advise supervisor when supplies fall below required inventory levels in order to avoid delays in study start-up and resupply requirements.
  • Assist in keep working area clean and orderly. Removing cardboard and trash to dumpster.
  • Pre-kit non-expiry tubes orders as and when required.
Education & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or educational equivalent; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
