Clinical Research Associate

job summary:
Support HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes research) activities for the commercial and pipeline products. Support the current HEOR team as required. Work cross-functionally with matrix partners (medical affairs, marketing, market access, clinical development, etc.) on projects.

responsibilities:
Core Value Dossiers

  • Updates as required with emerging data
  • Ensure alignment
  • Economic models

    • Oversee any necessary updates or revisions to the core models (CE and BIM) currently being finalized by Global HEOR (e.g. update with new market share or price data if/when available, revise with population sub-groups if payers so request, etc.), and manage associated updates to CVD
    • Support local adaptation and use of CE and BIM for specific countries, especially US
    • Overseeing the development of AMCP dossiers and any potential modifications requested after launch
    • Ensuring project management and alignment with global strategy
    • Conducting payer value message testing (via focus group, expert panel, advisory board, or whatever forum is deemed most appropriate)
    • Developing training tools such as slide decks and workshops to ensure field staff (MSLs, account managers, etc.) are adequately prepared to describe and discuss our health economic models, dossiers, value messages, and other HEOR products with external stakeholders
    • Contributing to regular cross-functional meetings
    • Ensuring regional / affiliate alignment with Global strategy
    • Real world data
    • Provide support for analyzing real world data by supporting protocol design
    • Support patient reported outcomes measures development
 
qualifications:
  • Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
  • PharmD/PhD/Health economics/MPH
  • Experience in evidence & value development, health economics, outcomes research is desirable, but not required
  • He/she must be able to work well independently with minimal oversight and thus should have several years of direct experience with all of the above stated activities
