Clinical Engagement Manager
Summary: Perform a variety of clinical procedures to collect, record, report and interpret data on patients enrolled and/or seeking enrollment in clinical studies according to the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Assist with daily workload planning.

Consultant with Primary Market Research experience in Diabetes
Responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion of Primary Market Research projects, Integrated PMR and secondary data solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, medtech, consumer health or related industries.
o Helps to support objectives based on both user needs and an overall understanding of business requirements
o Responsible to provide end-to-end support on the business requirements and work independently
o Provides data analysis of business and user needs, gather requirements, document requirements and ensure that the correct team is in place to successfully complete the project
o Conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary market research.
o Develop or follow standard operating procedures and ensure that compliance and AE reporting is completed for all for projects
o Leading and facilitating workshops and ongoing project meetings
o Perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to assist in the successful outcome of client specific business questions
o Design, structure, and deliver presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience and projects
o Proactively develop a broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies, drug and therapeutic area knowledge and pharmaceutical industry expertise through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science, business field or equivalent experience
o Sound experience of primary market research methodologies in Diabetes market is a must to have
o Experience with Primary Market Research - 3-5 years experience in Diabetes market, either from Market research agency or a pharmaceutical company
o Proven success using data analytics to tell a story
o Familiar with primary market research basic methodologies
o Ability to communicate and guide clients in the understanding of our data driven solutions
o Proficiency in the translation of client needs and process into formal deliverables
o Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required
o Capable of showing highly detail-oriented work and project results
o Adeptness to interface with client
o Strong quantitative and analytical skills
o Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
o Ability to work with people across multiple time zones, countries and cultures
o A willingness and ability to travel (20% or more)
o Knowledge of IQVIA data assets and secondary market research is a plus
