Experience in monoclonal antibody or protein conjugation to oligonucleotides, such as antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) or siRNA, is required. Purification using standard and computer interfaced chromatography systems (e.g. AKTA or similar), and standard characterization and bioanalytical methods including, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, analytical size exclusion chromatography and light scattering are required. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with immunoassay techniques (ELISA, ForteBio Octet, MSD). The candidate is expected, as per company policy, to maintain accurate and timely records. Ability to work independently and strong communication skills are required.
