Field Service Management Advisor - Med Device

job summary:
Urgent Need for a Field Service Management Advisor who will be responsible for all aspects of Field Service Development. As a Field Service Management Advisor, this person will work with the Field Service Organizations and support such functions as; R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, to restore the operation of our customer's instruments in the shortest time possible.

  • Prepare service documentation including items such as service manuals, technical bulletins and installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade processes
  • Develops and maintains Technical Support procedures
  • Build and delivers product training programs to field service engineers, affiliates, and regional product support associates
  • Develops service bulletins of product support changes and maintenance updates
  • Support the new products and assist in the development of product specifications to ensure reasonable reliability and serviceability
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or biomedical engineering required
  • 7 years relevant experience required
  • 7 years experience in medical device industry preferred
  • 7 years experience in Capital Equipment Service preferred
  • 7 years experience in field service engineering, service development, or medical electrical equipment design, repair and manufacture required
