-Support molecular cloning, in vitro transcription/translation, and characterization.
-Accountable for analyzing and critically interpreting experimental data, results and methodology used and write-up laboratory notebooks regularly in compliance
with Pfizer IP policy and GSP.
-Candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, regularly communicate with supervisor and team scientis
M.Sc. in biological sciences, preferably in molecular biology, at least 3 years working in a
laboratory in either an academic or industrial setting.
Required basic experience include-
(1) Molecular cloning, in vitro RNA production, and characterization, experience in handling Bioanalyzer and other analytical tools.
(2) Expression confirmation of mRNA encoded antigen through in vitro translation system and/or through transient transfection into mammalian cells.
(3) In-silico analysis, sequencing analysis, DNA/RNA isolation, RT-qPCR, standard cell culture techniques, analysis of protein expression in cells using Western blot. (4) Expertise with a variety of different molecular cloning and expression techniques and generating stable cell lines.
