Project Coordinator

A leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in the Anaheim, CA area. This is an 18-month CONTRACT position. No per diem is available.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator

  • Responsible for all document control. Review and appropriately distribute all submitted and returned project reporting i.e. RFI's, Submittals, etc. Maintain and track contractor deliverables matrix and their distributions.
  • Maintain current project directory for Stake Holders, Contractors, Vendors, and Consultants. Establish and maintain logs: Submittals, RFI's, Equipment/Material Procurement, Bulletins
  • Track Contractor's insurance certs and work with Contractors to make sure they are in compliance with project requirements. Track and maintain all conditional and unconditional releases.
Requirements for the Project Coordinator

  • High school diploma is required, however a Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 3 years of relevant construction project experience in a commercial setting.
