Contract position: An American global diversified industrial company is currently seeking a Project Administrator in the Tempe, AZ area. This is a 5-month CONTRACT position. No per diem available. Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator
Requirements for the Project Coordinator
- Provide project coordination and support on assigned projects. Participate in meetings with clients and task members and identifies additional follow up needs.
- Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time, and filing expense reports.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Past experience n the role of a PA with a contracting department.
