Administrator

Contract position: Currently seeking a project clerk for a contract position in Superior WI. This position will allow an entry level administrative professional to gain experience in Project based engineering and maintenance.

Responsibilities for the Administrator

  • Coordinate weekly tank meetings and company events
  • Order and maintain supplies as needed for group
  • Ensure inspector timesheets have proper AFE, hours and location prior to approval.
  • Maintain and update documentation for travel expenses, as needed
  • Monitoring the progress of projects and coordination of updates, as needed
Requirements for the Administrator

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly
  • previous administration is desired, but not required
