Contract position: Currently seeking a project clerk for a contract position in Superior WI. This position will allow an entry level administrative professional to gain experience in Project based engineering and maintenance. Responsibilities for the Administrator
Requirements for the Administrator
- Coordinate weekly tank meetings and company events
- Order and maintain supplies as needed for group
- Ensure inspector timesheets have proper AFE, hours and location prior to approval.
- Maintain and update documentation for travel expenses, as needed
- Monitoring the progress of projects and coordination of updates, as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Ability and desire to learn quickly
- previous administration is desired, but not required
