Director of Business Development

Permanent position: Leading and growing engineering solutions company is seeking a Director of Sales for North America in Houston, TX. DIRECT HIRE. Candidate must have experience selling solutions into the downstream industry.

Responsibilities for the Director of Business Development
  • Supervise Sales Account Managers
  • Provide sales strategy, customer service, and achieve sales targets
  • Grow existing presence is Chemical/Petrochemical market
Requirements for the Director of Business Development

  • Minimum 10 years' sales experience at C-Suite level
  • Recent experience selling into chemical and petrochemical markets
  • Minimum 5 years' supervising a sales team
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • B.S. Degree in technical engineering related field preferred
