Project Manager

Permanent position: Leading global infrastructure/facility maintenance and oil & gas services company is seeking a Project Manager (Roads , fixed and movable bridges) their Jacksonville, FL. location - Direct Hire. Company will provide relocation if needed. Qualified candidates must have experience with Advanced knowledge of asset management and facility maintenance, repair, and operation and experience with project management concepts and project planning.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager
  • Experience with project management concepts, related processes, principles and their application. Must be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Must be able to negotiate, coordinate and plan effectively. The incumbent must possess strong analytical and communication skills
  • Organize, direct, manage and coordinate the project team members to build teamwork and ensure high performance. Provides leadership and pro-active management and direction for a cohesive and sustainable team environment. Drives the company values and ensures the values are incorporated into the development, management and performance of the team. Seeks to develop employees professionally to include safety, quality, customer service and general business proficiency
  • Oversee planning, estimating, procurement, and financial responsibilities to optimize cost/benefit relationships.
Requirements for the Project Manager

  • Certifications: CBI - PMS, NHI - MS (Dough)
  • Bachelor's degree - Required (Structural, Civil or Mechanical)
  • Advanced knowledge of asset management and facility maintenance, repair, and operation
  • Experience with project management concepts, related processes, principles and their application. Must be hands on and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Standard engineering and MS Office software proficiency to include Microsoft word, excel, access and project, in addition to CMMS applications specific to DataStream (MP2) / INFOR (EAM)
  • 1+ year project engineer or equivalent and/or project management [on FDOT Asset maintenance contracts (highly desired)] involving maintenance; incident response on roadway networks (Required)
